At the Canadian Simmental Association (CSA), it’s our goal to provide you with the best service possible.  While we have always treated our past, present and potential member’s information with the greatest of care, the federal Personal Information Protection & Electronics Act (PIPEDA) and the Alberta Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) requires that we be legally responsible for protecting that information.

Ø       To provide and bill for the services for which you have registered for or requested

Ø       To understand your needs and to assist us in creating new products and services to serve you better

2)       We do not give, rent or sell our customer information to any organization unless it is absolutely necessary to provide you with CSA services or communications or when required by law.

3)       Your personal information is processed and stored in secure and confidential databases with strict access control.
