Albert YCSA Jaron Arntzen Memorial Scholarship
Application Guidelines
- Open to YCSA MEMBERS and children of CSA MEMBERS
- Applicants will be no older than 25 years as of January 1 of the
application year
- Applicants will demonstrate a career bias towards fields related
to Agriculture, Agri-foods and /or Animal Husbandry
- Applicants will demonstrate a spirit and passion for life in a
manner which pays tribute to that path set forth by Jaron Arntzen
- The applicant must include a copy of their most current
post-secondary academic year transcripts and/or a current year letter
of acceptance to a post-secondary institution
- Applications will be reviewed by a group of at least 3 persons as
selected by the Alberta Young Canadian Simmental Association President
and/or the Canadian Simmental Association Youth Coordinator
- Applications should be returned to the office of the Canadian
Simmental Association by October 1st of the application
year, addressed as follows:

Albert YCSA Heifer Scholarship
Application Guidelines
-
Open to YCSA MEMBERS and children of CSA MEMBERS
-
Applicants will be no older than 25 years as of January 1 of the
application year
-
Qualified applicants will be pursuing a
post-secondary education
-
Qualified applicants should demonstrate a level of activity within
the Alberta Simmental beef industry and/or Alberta Young Canadian
Simmental events
-
Qualified applicants should demonstrate an above average level of
interest in academic achievement
-
The applicant must include a copy of their most current
post-secondary academic year transcripts and/or a letter of acceptance
to a post-secondary institution along with their latest high-school
transcript
-
Applications will be reviewed by a group of at least 3 persons as
selected by the Alberta Young Canadian Simmental Association President
and/or the Canadian Simmental Association Youth Coordinator

Applications should be returned to the office of the Canadian
Simmental Association by October 1st of the application
year, addressed as follows:
